The event took place in a pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Lérida, els Jardins del Segirà. Attending the event were around 100 professionals from all over the province, and some clients from Aragon, who due to its proximity decided to attend the event to experience the Gala at first hand.

The session was led by the Technical Director of Hipertin, Nico Díaz, renowned stylist with years of experience in the sector. He is also in charge of the Image Creation Centre by Hipertin, in Barcelona, which is located at c/Entença 94. On this occasion he had the assistance and collaboration of one of the people who also make up the technical tea of the centre, Rosana Lista.

Those attending were able to see Nico at work at first hand.

The objective was to demonstrate techniques of Cutting and Color applicable indaily work. Special attention was given to all of the subjects which are of most concern to professionals in the sector: the effects of light on colour, mixes of colours, the effect and results of the colour on the hair, coverage of grey hairs, hueing of highlights, itches and allergies.

As regards cutting, the priority was placed on today’s cutting techniques, offering easy-to-achieve ideas.

One of the subjects which was of most interest in the Gala was the session on styles. Nico demonstrated several ideas. The models showed off elegant, original and attention-grabbing hairstyles. And although the examples were simple to create, the final result was spectacular.

When the workshop ended, those attending were able to address Nico in person in order to comment on doubts and questions.
